Group Vice Chairman

Mr George Koach Odoom serves as Group Vice Chairman of VATV, providing strategic oversight and stewardship across the group's continental operations. He partners closely with the executive team to shape long-term direction, governance frameworks and capital strategy. VATV is a Digital Broadcasting Television and Radio Platform that provides DTT, DTH, FTA, OTT, IPTV, and subscription-based Pay TV services globally.

With deep experience spanning media, technology and pan-African business development, George brings a continental perspective to every boardroom conversation — bridging markets, regulators and partners across West, Southern and East Africa.

As Vice Chairman he champions the partnerships, alliances and institutional relationships that underpin VATV's growth — working with broadcasters, studios, technology vendors and policy stakeholders to ensure the platform's expansion is sustainable, inclusive and globally competitive.

His leadership reflects VATV's founding belief: that Africa's stories deserve a world-class platform built by Africans, for Africans, and broadcast to the world.
