Welcome to View Africa Television (VATV). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital broadcasting services, live linear TV channels, video on demand (VOD), radio services, and all other services operated by VATV (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
View Africa Television (Pty) Ltd ("VATV") is a company registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with its head office located Corner of Dr James Moroka and Albert Luthuli Drive, 2735 Mmabatho, North West Province in The Republic of South Africa. While our services are available worldwide, all users agree to be bound by South African law in all dealings with VATV.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use our Service.
Some features require registration and account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
VATV offers both free and paid subscription services, including Pay TV and Video On Demand. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes where applicable. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by South African law. VATV reserves the right to change pricing or subscription plans with reasonable notice.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit content in any manner without the prior written consent of VATV. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by VATV or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." VATV makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, VATV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
VATV may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
